Because our network is pre-screened, requires excellent client references and we only match freelancers with briefs they’re best suited for, our clients already trust that their shortlist comes highly recommended. Coupled with the fact a maximum of 10 PRs are matched with any one brief, of which often a handful are requested to submit a proposal, you’re not competing with hundreds of other PRs, so winning the right work, for the right budget, is made that little bit easier.

We match you based on your skill ratings, your activity on the platform, responsiveness to client messages, frequency of proposal submissions when requested, and success in winning projects. Based on this, clients receive three ‘Best Match’ recommendations as part of their shortlist, featuring the freelancers most likely to respond and deliver results.
The more active and responsive you are, the more you’ll be matched and highlighted to clients, with notifications keeping you informed of all platform activity directly in your inbox so you can stay on top of your Nibble activity.

We’re here to create successful ongoing relationships by cultivating that right environment, ensuring talented PR consultants like you have the right resources to deliver the best work. We’ve set minimum fees for new briefs posted to Nibble, so you can trust it’ll be work you can get your teeth into, do an excellent job on and be proud of.
One-off projects start at a minimum of £2,500, and retainers begin at £1,500 per month with a commitment of four months (one month’s notice after a minimum of three months’ worked). Because you’re the expert, you have the freedom to recommend the right package and fee level to deliver your best work. Now it’s just down to you to shine.

Chasing journalists? Bring it on. Chasing client invoices? Not so fun. A PR’s time is better spent getting results than dealing with admin.
Our payment process is powered by Stripe; clients make the fee payment at the time of booking you, with funds securely held and released to your Stripe account seven days after the due dates minus Nibble’s 20% + VAT commission. The funds will be then transferred to your bank account within 2 working days.
For projects, 50% is released at the start and 50% upon completion. For retainers, the monthly fee is released at the end of the working month. All the invoices is generated automatically in line with your business and VAT set up, and are available to download in your account area as a record, giving you even more free time to do what you love.
